Goaltender Name: Jackson Hjelle
Biography: My name is Jackson Hjelle, and I recently just finished my senior year at Delano High School, where I was the starter for the past 3 years. I set school records in my high school career, and finished this year with a 2.04 GAA and a .933 SV%. I was honored to be chosen for All-Conference, 2nd Team All-Metro, and 3rd Team All-State. I have a variety of experience playing at higher levels, as I played in the Elite League in the Fall of 2017, where I played against teams such as Team USA and Shattuck St. Mary’s. With my play throughout that fall, I was selected to play in the International Invitational Tournament, where I was named MVP of the Elite League. I also participated in the Ted Brill Great 8 in the Spring of 2017 and 2018, where this year I was selected to play in the National Invitational Tournament and represent Team Minnesota. In addition, I also have a little experience with the USHL and NAHL, as I have both practiced and participated in main camps with teams in each league. I am very athletic, a hard worker, and a leader both on and off the ice. I am currently looking for a home next year with a junior team.
